DONATION SITE UPDATE FORM

Welcome

New for 2024, you can update your Donation Site listing details throughout the donation season. Want to add or remove an accepted item? You can do it here.

We are so grateful for those who donated their time this year to enable our Donation Sites to have more autonomy over their listing.  We are hopeful we will raise enough funds to further improve and expand this capability in 2025.  Thanks for working with us and being patient!

For existing Donation Sites updating your account information for the 2024 season, please follow the instructions in the sidebar (or below on mobile): Fields with a ★ (on the right sidebar definitions) ARE DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE.

  • Select Renew Your FREE Subscription to remain listed on the site for the 2024 season. When finished, return to your My Account Page (top menu).
  • Review all your information and update any that has changed. NOTE: Most of the required information is NOT displayed on the website, but used for our non-porfit reporting purposes.  The right side-br explains what is and isn’t displayed.
  • Change the Date any time you update your information.

Enter today’s date (date you are making changes).

FIRST NAME (aka Organization Name)
The First Name is the Farm or Sanctuary’s full legal name.

BUSINESS ADDRESS
Enter the address associated with the organization’s EIN. This will be used to validate your organization and is not displayed on the website.

COUNTY
This helps donors find you more quickly and supports reporting requirements.

INSURANCE (copy & paste one choice)
By entering YES, we certify that our organization maintains general liability and property damage insurance coverage effective throughout the donation period. Our organization holds no liability to Pumpkins For Pigs Foundation for any incidents covered under this insurance policy.
